Miss Cheese Tea Cafe&nbsp;adds a sweet and playful touch to The Bloc’s dining lineup with its crowd-favorite boba drinks and pillowy, made-to-order soufflé pancakes. The drink menu features real fruit and no-syrup options, delivering fresh, feel-good flavors alongside classic milk tea staples. Crispy taiyaki brings a fun Japanese street snack element that’s perfect for sharing or dessert on the go. For heartier cravings, Japanese curry bento bowls offer a comforting, savory finish to the experience.

We offer our customers not only the finest quality, but also certified, sustainable and responsibly made products. Our gelatos are made using time-honored, artisan techniques and feature pure cane sugar, ripe seasonal fruits and fresh pasteurized Real California dairy, free of growth hormones and sourced using the highest standards of animal care and environmental stewardship.

Café Balzac is inspired by Honoré de Balzac, a French writer who was known to have 46 espressos a day! At Café Balzac we offer fresh gourmet coffee and espresso drinks, sweet and savory crêpes and curated pastries. We are a little slice of France in the heart of DTLA!
