The Bloc is a vibrant, open-air urban center, a growing, inclusive community, a LEED™ certiﬁed Gold project, an inﬂection point in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Encompassing a full city block along LA’s iconic 7th Street corridor, The Bloc connects the ﬁnancial, fashion, jewelry, and theater districts – and the 7th Street Metro Center Station, where four DTLA lines converge.

The Bloc will proudly partner with the American Red Cross to hold a blood drive. Each pint of blood we collect can help to save up to three lives and will touch the lives of so many more. What a great way to pay it forward and make an impact on people in our community. Join The Bloc and discover your movement with all-level outdoor fitness classes #FitspoLA 9:00 AM - Wellness Village Opens Come early to check out the Wellness Village featuring information and product sampling by UCLA Health, Culture Pop Soda, NUUN Sport Hydration, NOBS and more! 9:30 AM -&nbsp;All Levels Yoga FlowA welcoming, all-levels yoga class designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while encouraging mindful movement and breath. This class offers clear guidance and pose options, making it accessible for beginners and engaging for more experienced practitioners. Perfect for anyone looking to move, stretch, and reset. 11:00 AM - Zumba with LA FitnessGet ready to party yourself into shape! This exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ will move YOU! Classes are free and open to the public. Registration is required.
