Our pick-up area is the loading zone #1 which is found at The Bloc Valet area. Entrance is on Flower Street in between 7th and 8th Street. HATCH is a modern izakaya style restaurant that celebrates yakitori, a fresh raw bar, and creative plates with an emphasis on quality of ingredients. We let our food speak by using only locally sourced organic Jidori chicken, wild caught fish and seasonal produce.

We fuse traditional Japanese cooking methods with bold California flavors to deliver new takes on classic dishes. Our curated beverage list of sake, craft beer, wine and liquor are personally handpicked by our in-house sommelier. We also offer a specialty cocktail program highlighting Japanese roots and innovation.
